Innovative Manufacturing Process:

In a sophisticated process, titanium particles are shot under extreme temperatures onto the inner bottom of the pans where they fuse with the stainless steel and form an extremely resistant plasma hard base layer. This innovative coating process used in aerospace applications and medical technology impresses with its outstanding resistance to scratches and wear and tear.

Three ceramic-reinforced layers are applied to this base:

• A special bonding agent ensures an optimal bond between the plasma hard base layer and the middle layer.
• The middle layer has been developed to offer the highest resistance to wear.
• The reinforced surface sealing ensures a particularly long-lasting non-stick effect and makes cleaning effortless.
