Preparation:
- Pour 1 L boiling water over 2 teaspoons (3.5 g) of the loose tea.
- Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes (longer for a stronger taste)
- Sweeten to taste and add milk or milk substitute
- To prepare "Golden Milk", simmer the tea blend with milk or a plant-based milk alternative.
