Serve cheese in style with this elegant cheese knife made of olive wood and stainless steel. Like all wood products from BÉRARD, this designer piece is meticulously made by hand using traditional methods. Thanks to the natural grain and colour variations of olive wood, each knife is unique.
Since olive wood is particularly dense, it is very hard-wearing, durable and does not absorb odours or dirt. It will bring you many years of joy if you follow a few tips on care and maintenance.
Notes and recommendations: Olive wood is a natural product and reacts to external influences. Therefore, please clean under running water at a comfortable temperature. To protect it, rub in food-grade beeswax from time to time and always store it in a dry place. Do not soak in water. Not dishwasher-safe!
